Saveur has really upped their game for their website since my last visit a few months ago. They now have a fantastic gallery section that I could easily spend several hours exploring. I love this one that shows visually how to make gravlax. So, if you happen upon any ridiculously fresh salmon, perhaps these pretty pictures will tempt you to try it yourself.
